Instead of carving our 25 lb pumpkin, we drew a face on it, then cut and cooked it a week later. See "The homemaker in Me" (on the side bar) to see what we did with it and how our pumpkin cookies turned out :/
Rob's got the rake and Christopher has the snow shovel...the weather's been nice so they've been cleaning up the yard.

Trying so hard to roll from back to stomach. He wanted the wipes container. He's rolled from stomach to back 2 times a few days ago, but cried like it scared him, or he was frustrated that it was so hard.

how cute--Lucy loves to make blakent forts. I am so glad we don't have leaves to rake up at our house. It is fun but time consuming all at the same time.
hey marseilles...going rate for piano here is a lot more than in utah, but still varies a lot by area. i charge $27/half hour lesson and i'm actually not on the high end!
my youngest students started at 5...but it depends on the child. it was way too young for one of them, but his siblings took and he was antsy to start. i have a girl 5 year old and she does much better. as long as they're interested and have the attention span to sit for the duration of the lesson, they should be fine to start!
