February

I had lots of helpers getting the strawberries ready for crepes.
Michael and Makayla made these yarn bracelets at school.  Rob didn't let Michael wear it in his hair to his basketball game.
Joseph is quite the little artist!  He made his name in block letters...well, he never finished cutting them out and coloring them.

My friend Melissa (from blessthismessplease.com) was on ksl 5's cooking segment!
I love this outfit!  The lighting wasn't cooperating with pictures.
When dad wants to take a nap...

I made cheese cake for the first time for the 14 days of valentines.
It was a little soupy in the middle.

It tasted good, even if it didn't hold up.  I think I should have made it the night before.
Rob gave me flowers for valentine's day.
This might be the best picture because she was holding her head still.
She's too excited to be on this toy for the first time!
The twins wanted in on the pictures.
It's hard to choose just one because of all the different facial expressions 3 people can make in a picture.
If she was holding still, this would have been my favorite.

Matthew is trying to tell me to take a picture with the toy on her head.  (I was worried about her falling off....I think this was the first of all the other pictures.)
Heart shaped pizzas!
We went to a BYU ice hockey game.  It was super fun (and cheap since we had 2 free tickets and the kids were a $1)  It was a good choice to sit near the glass, so the kids could stand close.  Super funny to see the kids' faces when a collision happened right in front of them.
Gas got super cheap!
Sisters
Where did everyone go?

Growing up.
Haha, that's a funny face.  Matthew brought these books home, saying his friend gave them to him.  I texted this picture to his mom asking if they meant borrow them.  Yes, that's what they meant.
Getting a baby dressed when you are tired is rough.  At least you have a mermaid baby and a built in toy to play with.
Many children actually at this soup!  It was a clean out the fridge turkey soup & it was really rich and yummy.
I was trying to recreate this picture of Makayla.
They don't look very much alike anymore.
Emma loves her tongue.

I made a centerpiece for the last Blue & Gold banquet.
We actually needed 2 more tables!  We had great attendance.
Cute decorations.

Tons of fun activities including the awards in a pinata.
Zachary wanted a picture with Emma.
Even though the lighting was better here, not quite a good angle for them.
Joseph was excited to help with dinner.
Playing on laundry day.

My sister Cambrai suggested I do a side by side of Christopher and Emma because they are starting to look more similar (maybe because of the hair color?  and eye shape?) But it's hard because those pictures aren't on the blog. Here's one of Christopher around 6 months if you scroll down to #3 A&B. But really looking at those #2 pics, all my kids look the same.  They are all clones. JK, I found one of Matthew that looks like her.  Scroll down to the blue onesie with the caption "who me?"

Christopher and his friend Brayden down the street were in the science fair and got to go to districts, then on to BYU.  It was a boring day, but fun experience.

Here are the kids from our Jr. High at districts that went on to BYU.  Incase you have trouble finding him, Christopher is the smallest one.

January

Going through baby clothes means sibling fun and box demolition.

And turns into this.
Joseph made a nice pirate ship.
Bowling on New Years with Rob's family (one lane)
Both lanes if you want to zoom in.
Reminds me of a photo of Zachary, but apparently it never made it on the blog....one of us after I voted...anyways,  Enjoying the freezing weather, but at least it's sunny.
playing t-ball
looks like she wants me to feed her...
Michael played basketball this year and had fun, was aggressive, and quite good.  His team was good, and he's infront of the coach.

He played point guard.
cupstacking and googles.  you know he's going to jump into it.
I made this the background of my phone.  too cute!
I buy alot of a specific thing when it's on sale....try to get us through to the next sale.
Rob plays a hiding game with the kids where he holds Emma near him and jumps out randomly to chase the kids and tickle them.
Peekaboo Emma during the game.
It's really funny to watch.
For a month or so Emma liked watching me get ready. (I'm always right there incase she decided to jump out.)
Snow!
I think this is the last time she randomly fell asleep in the highchair.  I think she also had a burst ear drum.
I had just enough mexicany ingredients to make my own enchiladas
The lighting was good and I got a new phone (because mine broke), so I took some pictures of Emma. If you have nothing on your phone, it takes good, fast pictures.  I guess full memory card messes with the speed, at least that has been my experience.
I love this shirt!
This is my backdrop on my phone too.
We tried reinacting this picture of Christopher and Michael, but kids don't really know how to reinact pictures. Also, you can't reinact the excitement of Christmas morning.

ha!
Emma loves basketball games, even if it's super late at night, and loud, and you lose by alot.
Does she look like princess leia to anyone else?
