April 4-5, General Conference & Easter

I found some non-coloring activities for general conference this year.  The kids were excited about making temples out of marshmallows and toothpicks.
Makayla mostly made "snowmen" (momen....which sounds like the way she says mailman)
Michael hard at work...notice no babies....this was a "naptime" activity.
 Christopher hard at work.
Christopher likes being tall...Joseph isn't so sure.
Easter egg hunt time!  Makayla found one she couldn't reach.
And one that blended in with the flowers.
 Christopher hard at search.
 They found one.
Christopher found the one in the mailbox.
The babies enjoyed playing with "the car". I"m sure next year they'll enjoy the easter egg hunt.
The weather was amazing.  The tulips were beautiful.

I love the addition of the bark (from winter) and daffodils.
 little tulips.
 Makayla running daintily.
Matthew crawling down the steps (another favorite of his)
Joseph doesn't explore too much, he mostly kicks back & relaxes.
 and waits by the door?
The forsythia bush on the side is a fun part of spring too.
Makayla was so excited...I wish I had her hand in the picture, holding the egg.
This picture shows her love for the day.
Michael has great eyes & found alot of eggs.
Matthew thought crawling through the flowers looked fun too.
I might have gotten the pictures out of order & this may have been the first egg she found.
We went on a loooonnnngggg walk (1.5 hrs!) so we had to stop at the swing to have fun.  Makayla liked climbing.
And all 3 kids liked the tire swing (though she did get off first)

Yummy Easter dinner.  The kids LOVED ham. Rob & I thought everything was good. (yes, I still use that cup)
idk if this picture is of Joseph standing so straight or the boys playing star wars....
While that was going on, Matthew was sitting in the hall playing peekaboo by himself.  It was cute watching him pull the towel off his head & putting it back on.
Rob made a beautiful flower arrangement with hyacinths from our yard.
 Epic star wars battle!

Matthew gets mad when he gets stuck like this, under the table.

April 1-3

Matthew was ready (always is) to get out first.  Joseph LOVES the bath, as always.
LOL, Matthew's trying to get in the doll stroller!
Christopher learned about knots at his first webelos activity.  He came home with a rope and made a swing!
They asked a neighbor to make the hole and They did the rest themselves! (including attaching it to the apple tree)
They both look like they could stand w/o support, if they'd only let go!
 Who opened the door?
We had these sitting around collecting dust, expired, so a twin mom picked them up to use them to get a discount on their next carseats at toysRus.  They thought we had triplets.  Nope, just an extra carseat.  I'm not sure if I'd choose a chicco next or graco30.  The chicco was much narrower and has awesome reviews.  The graco30 went 2 more inches though, to 32 " instead of 30."  I do know it wouldn't be the graco22.  22 lbs and 29" isn't enough.
Joseph wants to follow Matthew, but so far he hasn't.
I think this was a picture of the twins pouring milk from sippy cups in a bowl, then on the floor.
whoops.  That's one saggy diaper.  It came unhooked.  Makayla's did the same the next day.  I think I need more practice. :/

March 23-31

The babies are banished from the kitchen unless in high chairs because Matthew climbs on the table (and chairs) and empties the silverware drawer (forks anyone?)
Her face was still swollen 72 hrs later, so we went to the Dr. She wouldn't let us look in her mouth. Rob met me there to help with the twins.
Here they are on daddy's lap, watching Big Hero 6.  PS, Dr said it looked like it was healing great.
Babies' first bike ride!  They LOVED it!  We all love it.  I pull these guys and Rob has Makayla on a seat on his bike.  (that is actually harder, cuz it throws your balance off).  This is the same trailer we had with Christopher!  Going on 9 years!
My mom sent fun paint pages for the kids & they love them.
I thought this was humorous. Playing with a water bottle, while sitting in a drawer.
On a whim I started penciling in my eyebrows...I occasionally take selfies thinking that I will compare different styles to see what I actually like (I can never make them match), but really, they don't look that different from each other. (My mom will think this is funny bcuz she wanted to do this for my wedding pictures, but I put up such a fuss.  But I feel like eye brows are "in" right now, and I like how it looks, so Mom, you were right :)
Makayla was loving holding Koda's leash.

We should have Brian and Kelsi bring their dogs over more often-no sweeping!  Matthew LOVES dogs.  Joseph does NOT.

Christopher's birthday cake.  We celebrated a day early because Rob had a business trip that week.
Makayla likes driving cars around too.

Such focus.
Selfie #2.  Christopher was so proud of his photo bomb.
lil stinker climbing on chairs.  And proud of himself, obviously.
Drinking there bottles sitting up?!
I found Joseph sucking on this thing and making a funny face.  I licked it & sent Rob a picture (he was out of town, remember), to ask him what it was.  It tasted sooo salty!  I gave Joseph milk and something sweet to get the taste out of his mouth. (and did the same for me.)  Rob said its a salt lick for hamsters and not toxic.  So far we've had no ill affects :)
The sun.  It burns.
Playing the guitar...we need to replace the batteries.  Also, I spy my favorite book as a kid...Jamberry.
Awww....cute little twinies.
This is our first year with daffodils.  They were gorgeous. Christopher and Michael are always playing football with Christopher's new football he bought with his birthday money.
Another direction of the flower bed.  And Matthew in "the car"
Matthew climbing outside.
Makayla and Christopher and the flowers.
Makayla and the flowers.
Twins and the tulips (and daffodils)
Riding in style at Smiths!
New carseats! (Matthew)
Joseph.  Wish the sun had cooperated.
