I didn't want to cut Emma's hair because of her cute curls, but as it got longer, the curls were smaller and didn't come out very often, and it was a pain to brush. So at 3.25 yrs old, I cut her hair. It was soo long!

It sometimes curls under, but no more ringlets (they weren't there when it was long either)

After it was cut, it curled around my finger, just like I used to do when her hair did this when she was little.

Cousins playing at Thanksgiving.  I think this is the first time Adalyn sat and played on the floor without me at Grandma & Grandpa Stephensons.

My sister-in-law Lexi made this fun candy guess jar.  Matthew won!

All the Stephensons that were in town went to a BYU basketball game.  Christopher wanted a pic with Adalyn and it turned out so cute!

These aren't in order. Rob made a scarecrow because all the kids wanted one. It was wearing Rob's clothes and fell over.

6/8 kids ready for trick or treating.  Joseph really wanted to be a frankenstein because of his arm scar.  I randomly had black hair spray that made the outfit.  Matthew and Zachary wanted to be storm troopers, but didnt' want to wear their helmets.  Makayla was Rey (but wanted her hair down), Emma was a bumble bee and Adalyn was a tiger.

I wore Adalyn the whole time we were trick or treating (and I went the whole time because Rob and Christopher went to the BYU game), so I was soo tired and sore at the end.  Emma was a trooper and walked the whole way.

Zachary wanted to wear this fireman costume to school for Halloween.

I was able to get a ton of those 2 boys, but saw Makayla and Joseph when it was took late to grab a picture.

My brother was accepted to the U of U pharmacy school.  Matthew is wearing my brother's old shirt. LOL

Funny story...After the game the kids were high fiving and talking to the players.  Makayla had just gotten a big squirt of foaming hand sanitizer when one player asked for a high five, so she gave him a very hand sanitizery high five.

Here's the scare crow standing up.  Zachary was sick the day his class went to a pumpkin patch, but it was the same day as parent teacher conferences, so his teacher gave me these stickers that they used in class to decorate the pumpkins.

Christopher hasn't wanted me to take a picture of him in his work uniform, so when my sister-in-law sent me this tiktok, I figured this meant he doesn't mind if I use this picture.  I love that he works here because it's a great atmosphere, getting time off is easy if you know in advance,  and it's easy to get the schedule we want him to have (not on monday or tuesday nights.) (He had this job over the summer, this is just when i was able to have a pic of him doing his job.

I hiked Spanish fork Peak with my dad.  It took way longer than I thought it would, I ran out of water before we made it to the top and I was soo dead when I got home.  Definitely something you want to train for.  And leave early in the morning.  We got back after dark and thought we heard a bear (or moose...or horse?) Thanks to my mom for watching the kids so I could do this.

Climbing over a tree that was over the trail.  This way was less steep.  We went the other way on the way back down, and yes, it was more steep.  I'm glad we did it this way.

Rob brought a coconut home from a work thing and we tried it.  Rob and I were the only ones that liked eating the flesh.  I can't remember who liked the milk...probably not very many kids since it was warm.
