End of October

I love this pic of Adalyn in an outfit I wore as a baby.  I have this picture as my phone's background.  Here's a link to a much smaller Emma in the same outfit.  (Emma was 1 month old in her picture, whereas Adalyn is 2 months old in this picture.

And the link to Makayla crying in this outfit
We all got our flu shot (well, some of the kids opted for the nose spray....I think Michael, Emma, and maybe Zachary got the shot, like Rob and I.) Oh, and Adalyn was too young to get it.

Zachary and Adalyn...gotta love her tongue.
"are you serious, Mom.  Are we still taking pictures?"
So cute.
Cute little sister.  Here's Emma in that same outfit, half way down the page.  (makes it easy to find with their birthdays in the same month, just  2 years apart.)

It won't let me change the order...here's the after.

Here's the before...Mostly i just took some off the sides.

These are my feet....in Christopher's shoes.

These are Christopher's feet....in my shoes.

Sometimes it's really hard to get a 2 yr old to smile for a picture.  And hold still so it's not blurry.  And sometimes you put the jumper on backwards.  But at least her hair curls naturally and saves tons of time.
And somewhere I have a pic of me wearing this...maybe I will get it out when Adalyn wears it and I will find Makayla's picture on this blog too.

Happy Adalyn.  She's not as smiley as Emma was, so we will take what we can get!

Clever Emma.
Cheese
Cute hair length Makayla.

I wish I could remember the story behind this picture.  Is she snuggling a doll?  Is Emma hugging her while she sleeps?

Sand dunes

Brian is also capturing Rob's awesome jump!
see, cropped is better.
Rob pulling some kids on the sled.  We woke up early one Fall break day and headed an hour away to the sand dunes to play.  I think we were there for 4 or 5 hours.
Can Michael hang on to Christopher?

Rob's pulling Matthew...I think Zachary is riding in front of Rob.
How many kids can ride at one time?

Brian's turn to drive
How long will they stay on?  Matthew in front, then Joseph, then Michael.  We got there early in the morning, had lunch, glad we brought TP bcuz the outhouses were out and the summer bathrooms were closed.  It was crowded in the parking area, but we found a fun place to play that wasn't interrupted too often by side by sides.

End of September

It's amazing how much Emma's hair has grown in a year.
Cute baby newborn pics.

Zachary makes some great faces.

In its holister.

Makayla missed a few days of school due to a cold, so I had her do some assignments.  I thought her teacher would have had more to do, because it would be ready for the kids missing with covid, but she just said do some reading and math.  So I added writing.

Playing a game we got for Christmas from the Davis'
Here is a link to Emma wearing the same outfit
Adalyn's cousin Brooklyn was born 2 weeks before her, so we had to get a pic to see them grow. Spoiler: Adalyn started out alot bigger, but you will see that change over the next year.

Rob likes to make pb&j sandwiches with 3 pieces of bread.  Matthew often made them with 4 pieces!
Sleeepy baby.
Joseph made himself with a mask at school.
Sleepy baby.  Here is a link to Emma in the same outfit, from my sister Calais.  The pic is at the end of the post.
Emma was excited to wear the 4 wheeler helmet.

Zachary is ready to go!
Adalyn wide-eyed at church

And wide-eyed at Grandma & Grandpa Stephensons.  Makayla chose this outfit as her 'going home from the hospital outfit."
Here's a link to Emma wearing this outfit.
Makayla did my hair and took a pic of her hard work.
Mommy-baby selfie!
Emma loves playing with the Animals upon Animals game Uncle Taylor gave us years ago.  All the kids like it, so this is a rare time she gets a turn.

Trying to get all 3 of us in the pic.
Sweet sleeping baby.

Now Emma is a baby cow and closes her eyes when you say 'smile!"

Adalyn's baby blessing

So sweet.  She's wearing the same blessing dress I wore (and Makayla and Emma and my sisters).  My Grandma Call made it and some of my aunts wore it too.
Because of Covid19, we blessed her at home with only my parents and one bishopric member present.  We did broadcast it over Zoom to family too.
Rob's Grandma Stephenson made this blanket for her.

After the blessing, we drove to the Payson Temple and took some pictures.
