Makayla is the guest poster, since I didn't go on the trip, so she will tell you all about it. Makayla (middle), Kate (the left side), and Grandma all dressed in our matching outfits. By the way we visited Maine and Boston.

Kate's choice of ride. We are on the left top. Surprisingly this ride wasn't very scary, and it did not last very long.
Next to the ocean there was a hotel that we stayed in. This is on the bridge across one side of the bridge is a town with little shops that we explored around. The other side of the bridge is the hotel. The hotel was styled like the ocean, with green walls and carpet.
This is next to the cabin we stayed in for a while. There are lots of rocks along the shore. This is low-tide, when it is high-tide the water goes up all the way up to the rocks. There are pockets of water on the rocks from the tides going up so high.
This is inside the cabin, with the lobster that we ate. This is when the lobster is still alive. Me and Kate were playing with it before we cooked it. ( We did not get sad when we ate it.) When Grandma was heating up water to put the lobster in, me and Kate started filling the sink up with cold water. Then Kate dropped the lobster in.
Driving a "duck boat." Which is a boat that can go in land and in water. At the start the tour guide asked me if I wanted to drive it, I thought it was a joke so I said yes. Once we went through the city, the driver drove it into a lake and let me drive very first. Later he asked if my cousin wanted to do it, It took lots of persuading to get her to do it.
At a science museum for kids it had this thing (that did not hurt) where you laid on it and pressed a button that was on connected to the yellow cord I am holding. When you pressed the button the things I were on went up.

These are special treats from a bakery ( I forgot what they are called) one was hazelnut and one was chocolate, the one I am holding is the hazelnut one and the one Kate is holding is chocolate
In Boston, the reason why we are holding bags is because we just bought souvenirs from a store.
Walking along main street, there are lots of stores next to each other. Grandma made us matching purses too!

Kate in the left, me in purple shirt in the middle and Grandpa. See the sand, the water covers it up when the water is high and when the water is low you can walk across it and visit the island. Sadly we came to late to go on the island, but we got to go on the sand part before it got completely covered up.

We are going kayaking! This is next to the cabin we stayed in for a while and the cabin already had the kayaks so we could use them.
Me and Kate are swimming in a FREEZING lake. It was fun at first, before we both became cold.

We are going whale watching! Sadly I ended up getting sea sick and threw up, but we saw whales, so it was still fun.
