Michael at 7ish months

I forgot to post this cutie's 6 month stats...something like 19 lbs & 25"? The weight of Christopher at a year anyways.
Around 6 months he regularly took 2 naps a day and ate twice at night. Until he got sick. His schedule was out of wack and now is sleeping 12hrs (waking up twice to eat) at night, but only one nap per day???!!! I hope this is only for this week.

He didn't like solids at all while he was sick. Now he likes anything except green veggies. Guess what my freezer is full of...green baby food. He loves cheerios and pieces of roll/tortilla/etc.

He loves sitting up, hates lying on his back (won't roll from back to stomach.), tolerates being on his stomach. If I'm lucky, and only sit him up, this will delay crawling, right?

For Daddy

Rob, the front of the heart says, "On the third day of Valentines my true love gave to me..." The back says, "a note from the kids to brighten your day."

My boys and their tent

Grandma and Grandpa Stephenson gave Christopher a tent with a tunnel for Christmas. Christopher is being silly with the tunnel.
Michael loves sitting in the tent (maybe it's the different textures?) He also loves when Christopher crawls through the tunnel and says "boo." Michael jumps/ shakes with excitement.

Brothers looking through the tunnel.

This picture is the wrong direction...It would be a feat to try and get them to do this in real life ;)

We call this game "bunkbeds." Michael is laughing and trying to "get" or tickle Christopher, as daddy is sleeping.

Flashback MLK weekend

2010 we played basketballwith my sisters, Michael gave me a fat lip, and we went shopping. oh, and Rob cleaned out the garage.

2004 we were dating. We were hiking up Rock Canyon and Rob was checking out a cave. He stepped over what he thought was a shadow line and fell 4-6 ft (he isn't here for me to verify). I thought he was joking when he said he fell (I was outside because I was scared-no flashlight). Then he showed me his leg and he hopped down Rock Canyon. I drove him home and convinced him not to go to work that night.

2009 we moved into our new house. It was snowy, this must be a spring picture.

2008 we visited the Demilles in Richfield.
2007 I can't remember so nothing too memorable happened I guess. Any Leavitt neighbors remember anything happening?
2006 I gave Rob and myself food poisioning by serving week old homemade tartar sauce. Thank fully my sister Danielle took care of 9 1/2 month old Christopher.
2005 I was working at Taco Bell in the CougarEat, going to school, and pregnant with Christopher.
There's our out of order flashback of MLK weekend.

Seeing Santa & Downtown Portland

Sitting on Santa's lap. The first store we went to (Macys), you couldn't take a picture with your own camera. I told Christopher that, and headed across the street to the Santa at Pioneer Place. He kept saying, "I get to see the real Santa!" in a sing-songy voice. I told him that it would make the kids that didn't get to go to the Mall said, so he shouldn't say that. So he just said it quieter.
At Macy's, they had a station to write a letter to Santa.

Putting it in the mail.

When I was little, this train went around the ceiling of the 10th floor of Meier&Frank. Macys bought out Meier&Frank. Now the first 5ish floors are Maceys and the top ones are a super nice hotel. This train was on display for pictures.

This guy was right outside the mall. (We also saw Mr. Portland and my mom's brick (her name on it) at Pioneer courthouse square.

Random pictures from our Oregon trip

The drive home looked beautiful (we left @ 10:45 am Wed), but it was icy in the gorge, especially near Cascade Locks. Rob was close to losing control going 50, near where some people were standing because their cars had gone off the road. Prayers were answered.

We did get a flat tire near Hermiston and spent 3 hrs putting the donut on, going to walmart, and eating dinner. So our 13.5 trip there, took 20 hrs getting home (we slept at a rest stop for 2 hrs, and arrived home Thurs @ 7:15.). The boys did awesome both directions!

Classic.

Michael loved playing the piano with my sisters. Rob took this picture with Gabrielle while I was doing something.

I found it after I took this picture with Calais.
