April

I thought our neighbor was decorating for Easter, but really, another neighbor was pulling an April fools day joke on them. lol.

Adalyn meeting her cousin, baby Cora!  It is funny to me that she seems scared/nervous around Brooklyn (bigger than her, loud), but loves baby Cora, maybe because she knows she is older than her/she loves babies?

Case in point.
Brooklyn seems excited about grabbing the unicorn.
Neither is crying...
Makayla one a prize at the city coloring contest.  We've never gone to the city easter egg hunt, because it seems stressful instead of fun, but they did a drive thru one, so we went.  We had a mile long wait in the car, but it didn't take too long.
oh, now you like the binkie...

Sisters
This was a cute photo shoot.

We went to the nicklecade for the first time in a long time.
One day we had chicken nuggets (they were only $1/ bag....I wish I had had more freezer space!), apple slices with homemade caramel sauce, and cream cheese stuff peppers. Mmmm.

We walked to the rope swing (well, we drove to the parking lot, then walked on the river trail), and Makayla accidentally fell in, instead of swinging back to shore, like the other times she did it.

I brought some flowers from our yard to someone at church (ministering sister) that had shingles.
Zachary participated in the lolly-pop run at Makayla's track meet that the whole grade in the whole district participates.
Makayla running the 200.

She is in the pink sweatshirt.

Cute!
And both looking at the camera! (Adalyn looks so nervous...but she always seems to be at Grandma & Grandpas.)
My neighbor's beautiful tree.
Playing with Makayla's hair.
A neighborhood friend was done with these balloons, just in time for Makayla's birthday!
Cutie pie.

Here is Emma in this outfit (near the end):  https://robandmarseillestephenson.blogspot.com/2019/09/march.html

Rob and I coached the twins soccer team.  It was our first time having kids play soccer and the first time coaching it, coaching together.  It was really fun!

I think Matthew is in grey running to the ball.

I think Matthew just threw it in.  I thought I got a pic with Joseph in too, but it's hard from the sideline.  (My job was figuring out who was supposed to sub in, sometime keeping time for the game, and keeping track of who was playing goalie.  Rob was coaching and reffing at the same time.)

Grandpa with Adalyn and Brooklyn.

March

More Zachary armor.

Adalyn didn't want me to set her down, so it was hard to get a picture of the cousins together.

This one made me laugh.

My friend started a quilting business and made me a quilt for my birthday.  I love the colors and it is so cozy, with minky fabric on the other side.
Joseph tried cutting his hair.
Zachary also got a haircut.
I got a new shirt and shoes for my birthday.

Rob and the kids made me a yummy cake.
Christopher had the day off school, so he helped me when both Zachary and Adalyn needed shots.
Dressing up in green.

Emma's green and a game we were playing while Adalyn was taking a nap and Zachary was doing his preschool (upstart) on the computer.
My first time at the new, all-abilities park.  The kids thought this was so fun!
Emma showing me her blocks.

More hair pics.

I loved this dress.  So sweet when she's at the age of just sitting around.

Cute smile!  She loves Daddy.

Dinner was mac n cheese with pork & bbq sauce and roasted asparagus.

February

I'm not sure that I managed to get pictures of the other girls in this outfit, but it was one of my favorites, so they all wore it.

Joseph found a new favorite outfit in his closet.  Loved the pocket detail and the fact it was a collared shirt.
Zachary loves layering shirts (and shorts/pants.) In this picture I feel like Adalyn looks especially like Zachary at the same age.
The twins turned 7!  They wanted pumpkin pie and chocolate?  or neapolitan? ice cream.  Mostly, they didn't want cake, and Joseph really wanted pumpkin pie, and Matthew was happy with ice cream.

Trying a new hairdo on Makayla's hair.

Spiderman is ready to go 4wheeling!

Emma loved her valentines day dress and tights.

Adalyn smiles are hard to capture.

Valentines day pizza. Looks like Zachary is layering with the spiderman costume.
I dressed Adalyn up to go out and enjoy the snow...but I didn't last long.  I can't remember if it was me or other kids needing me inside.

Even though we didn't get very much snow, All winter the kids piled on the sled to be towed by the 4 wheeler.  4 kids on this time.

Rob usually has a couple riding with him too.
Ironman wouldn't normally dress like this, would he?
Brooklyn and Adalyn, 2 weeks apart. (Brooklyn started out smaller...by a pound and a half)
Makayla did my hair.

Zachary wanted a picture with me.
I did Makayla's hair...usually only a Sunday after church thing.

Zachary showing off the stuff he's building.
Sisters
Adalyn loves the booster chair.

Her eyes are smiling.

Joseph saved up his money and bought a desk from someone in the area.  He didn't love the color, but the location and price were right.
Zachary showing off his armor.

What am I supposed to do when you take my picture?

Trying to capture Emma's color.
